 Tool Holder Bushings

Acme CNC Tool Holder Bushings are designed to adapt tools such as drills and boring bars to NC or CNC machine tools. The elongated slots on the body makes adapting tools to all brands of equipment a snap. Set screws in the head of these bushings permits use with preset tooling. Type Z  bushings are hardened and ground for long life and precision alignment.
Type B Tool Holder Bushings are split through the entire length of the bushing on one side. This enables the bushing to clamp on the shank of cutting tools by tightening the screws in the turret bore or tool holder. Acme Type B bushings are hardened and precison ground to provide a longer lasting more accurate bushing. Solid, soft blanks with a machine finish are available upon request.
Acme Type J Tool Holder Bushings have clearance holes for set screws for proper clamping on the shank of tools. These bushings are hardened and ground for long life and accurate alignment. Solid, soft blanks for custom machining are available on request.
