This pneumatic tools speeds the installation of Acme inserts, precisely torquing them into the base material and then driving the keylocks into place. A single button operates the tool.

The tool (Acme Part 217-085000) installs inserts from M5 to M12 and #10 to ½” inside diameter. Each size requires a specific nose assembly tip (see chart). Tool and tips need to be ordered separately.

The tool can be adjusted to match insert size and parent material receiving the insert. Lightweight and ergonomic, the tool allows consistent, reliable use.
